Hi,

This is Naresh Sen, from Nepal. I am Working in Abu Dhabi, as Deputy HSE Manager from 2007 in one of the Leading Catering Company of UAE. National Catering Company LLC.

Diverse career is my destination. I have started the first step of career, to which I would like to say THE EARNINGS, as Typist, Artist, School Teacher, Computer Teacher, Graphics Designer and finally I have been adopting the profession of Food Safety.

I love and respect my job, not because I earn and live on it but because my work makes my people eat safe food.

Currently I am working in Yas Island Project www.yasisland.ae. It is the largest project in UAE, ICON OF ABU DHABI, which is devoted for developing theme park, Ferrari race track and increasingly renowned as MAYDAN of UAE.

There are 40 thousand residents in my Camp (We call it Village) and around 3 thousand staff working in the project. WE PRODUCE 10 TONS OF RICE, 4 TONS OF VEGETABLE, 4 TONS OF MEAT PER MEAL. We feed 4 meal i.e. breakfast, lunch, dinner and midnight meal. 

Our service ranges from housekeeping, waste management, security and ...... which is called Facility Management. And in the complete operation my department, me, look after the food safety. i.e. safe preparation, production and distribution of food. I do contribute in the part of publication and designing of the awareness/ information related to Health, Safety and Environment.

My intention of this site is to provide the information and share my knowledge of food safety as much as I know and as much as I can...
